Walter X. Pan

A Dublin-based career diplomat, Walter is a photography hobbist/enthusiast who enjoys using his Pentax K3/K5 with the legendary Asahi Pentax legacy lenses. Manual focusing, particularly in macro photography, gives him opportunities to temporarily forget his job and retreat into a realm of self-fulfilment.

Given the rotational nature of his profession, photography, especially scenery, portrait and evet photography, enables Walter to capture momerable moments and accummulate memories. Under his influence, Walter’s 7-year-daughter has taken up photography as one of her budding hobbies.
